The eCommerce and logistics process has been bred into his systems and he believe retailers should be able to trust their fulfilment partners as much as their own in-house team.

Matt made the choice early on not to contract with third-party warehouses, instead focusing a hand on approach to the process. This decision, coupled with picking up two other fulfilment contracts , has let him provide customers with unmatched confidence as they set up a more efficient, scalable external pick-pack/fulfilment infrastructure system.
